How long does a decluttering / organising session take?

This can vary and will depend on the area of your home we are working on.  Some jobs will take longer than others.

Do I need to be there?

It is helpful for clients to work through items to establish what is important to them.  Once agreed and I have an understanding of what you want to keep I can get organising your items in a way that works for you.

What do I need to do?

When you contact me we will arrange a 30 minute free consultation at your property or via a video call to discuss how I can help you.

 

Is your service confidential?

Yes.  I am registered with the ICO for data protection. Please see my privacy policy for further details.

What Insurance do you have? 

I have Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance with Westminster Global. 

​

Do you take items away?

I do not have a licence to dispose of waste but I can take your donations to charity shops.

​

Are you DBS checked?

Yes, I am fully DBS checked and have a valid DBS certificate.

Payment Terms

The initial consultation is free.  For any bookings there is a £25 deposit which will be deducted from the overall charge. Payment is due at the end of each session payable by cash or bank transfer.
